The Regal Obamas- America's Royal First Family

Something has become very apparent in this country. The rules are always different if you are a Democrat. That’s whether it’s a Congressman whose boyfriend runs a prostitution ring from their shared apartment, which doesn't reflect negatively for the Congressman, or a Treasury Secretary who won't pay his own taxes, or an Attorney General who funnels firearms to Mexican drug traffickers, and can't get fired for that. The list is endless.

A recent article on a very liberal web site several days ago bashed Mitt Romney after he gave a campaign worker what it called a “Handful of cash,” when he found that she was having trouble making her bills and was financially struggling. That handful of cash was $50.00 or $60.00, the amount he apparently had in his wallet at the time. The article said that act showed that it contributed to the image of him as a multimillionaire that’s out of touch with average Americans.” That’s $50.00 to $60.00 more than the beneficient Obama has given to his brother, George Obama, who reportedly lives in poverty in Kenya.

 But, Obama did help his Aunt Zeituni Onyango, who was in the U.S. illegally, but  was granted a waiver of deportation with virtually no opposition by the Justice Department, and is currently a legal resident. Its no wonder that the first call by his Uncle, Onyango Obama, 67 (mugshot below), was to be to Obama at the White House after he was arrested in Framingham, Massachusetts last year on a drunk driving charge. He was released, and could also be facing deportation after the Drunk Driving charge is resolved.

Although Romney is an “Anybody but Obama” candidate, this attack is hypocritical. Life has been nothing short of a continuous flamboyant and ostentatious party for the regal Obamas since ascending to the Presidency.  Donald Trump would be envious of this rich and famous family’s lifestyle.

Out of touch? How’s this for out of touch with the American people? After Obama was elected in 2008, he promised his wife a date. After all, he had been on the road for months campaigning. Lots of time away from Michelle while she campaigned elsewhere. It was a nice $60,000 date for a night on the town, dinner, and a musical in New York City. That doesn’t include Air Force One travel for the short hop, and police and Secret Service security costs. When’s the last time an “Average American” spent that kind of money on a date. That doesn't need to be answered.

However, Obama said after his election that his family has a “Blank Check.” He said that, “They basically have a blank check. Whatever she demands, she will get.” As Gordon Liddy would say, Michelle is "She who must be obeyed." Many average Americans have a checkbook full of blank checks at home too because there is nothing in their checking accounts to cover them thanks to Obama’s economic policy. Not even a trip to movies.  

Obama’s wife is a vacation junkie, whose lavish lifestyle is being funded by the U.S. taxpayer. Its always vacations to places only limited by her imagination. Their vacations to places like Martha’s Vineyard have been disasters that the Press Secretary has to spin their way out of. Its lavish things like their arriving four hours apart on separate government jets. And, the fact that the farm they rented costs $50,000 a week. The winter White House in Hawaii costs about $38,000 a week.

And while most Americans struggle to get a few days off, or a two week vacation, one 2010 flight to bring "Her Highness" and the kids to Hawaii ahead of “His Majesty, the President” cost $63,000. Obama’s return trips from Hawaii on Air Force One cost about a million dollars each. That million dollar vacation also took place this year. Secret Service and military lodging there runs about $16,000. It cost $134,000 for 24 White House staffers to stay at a hotel. Hawaiian police spent $252,000 on overtime. And, the ambulance that must always be present was $10,000. The 2011 Hawaiian vacation cost a reported $4,000.000. The dress that H.R.H Michelle wore to church there on Christmas has a $2,000+ price tag. Many Americans have to get their fashions at thrift stores like Goodwill. Business is booming there. At least one part of Obama's economic plan is working at America's thrift stores. 

The first Obama vacation was a two day stay in Panama City Florida, where vacation suites on the beach front run in the thousands. The excuse was to show that the area was safe from BP oil. There was no oil whatsoever on the beaches there. And, the radiant and crystal clear emerald green Gulf of Mexico view is majestic and magnificent from a top floor penthouse condo, a fitting temporary Obama royal residence. Queen Elizabeth has nothing on these people. Interestingly enough, there were no overnight stays in areas where tourism dollars were really needed in Alabama and Louisiana, where tourism came to a standstill.

There have been solo Michelle vacations to Spain, Latin America, Southern Africa, and a skiing trip to Vail. Michelle spent about 10 million tax dollars on vacations alone last year.

The President's reelection campaign website says, "There's so much more to do." Isn't that the truth? It's a nice life for America's Royalty, the ruling class.
